ပိယ၀ဂၢ – ခ်စ္ျခင္း

• အေယာေဂ ယုဥၨမတၱာနံ ၊ ေယာဂသိၼဥၨ အေယာဇယံ ၊

အတၱံ ဟိတြာ ပိယဂၢါဟီ ၊ ပိေဟတတၱာႏုေယာဂိနံ ။

မိမိကိုယ္ကို အားမထုတ္ မလုပ္ေဆာင္သင္႕ရာ၌ အားထုတ္လုပ္ေဆာင္၍ အားထုတ္လုပ္ေဆာင္သင္႕ရာ၌ အားမထုတ္ မလုပ္ေဆာင္ပဲ အက်ိုဳးစီးပြားကို စြန္႕လႊတ္လ်က္ ခ်စ္ဖြယ္အာရုံ ကာမဂုဏ္ကို စြဲလမ္းသူသည္ ကိုယ္တိုင္အားထုတ္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ထားသူတို႕၏ (စီးပြားဥစၥာကို) လိုခ်င္ေတာင္႕တေပ၏။

Devoting oneself to that which should be shunned, not devoting to that which should be associated, rejecting one’s benefit and grasping at the (sensual) pleasure, … he will have cause to envy to those who have exerted the gain by themselves

• မာ ပိေယဟိ သမာဂဥၦိ ၊ အပၸိေယဟိ ကုဒါစနံ ၊

ပိယာနံ အဒသာနံ ဒုကၡံ ၊ အပၸိယာနဥၨ ဒသာနံ ။

ခ်စ္ေသာသူတို႕ႏွင္႕လည္း မေပါင္းေဖာ္ပါလင္႕ ။ မုန္းေသာသူတို႕ႏွင္႕လည္း တစ္ခါတစ္ရံမွ် မေပါင္းေဖာ္ပါလင္႕ ။ ခ်စ္ေသာသူတို႕ကို မျမင္ရျခင္းသည္ ဆင္းရဲျခင္းျဖစ္ရ၍ မုန္းေသာသူတို႕ကို ျမင္ရျခင္းသည္လည္း ဆင္းရဲရေပ၏။

Consort not with those who are beloved, nor ever with those who are unbeloved. Not seeing those who are beloved and seeing those who are unbeloved are both painful.

• တသၼာ ပိယံ နကယိရာထ ၊ ပိယာပါေယာ ဟိ ပါပေကာ ၊

ဂႏ ၳာ ေတသံ န ၀ိဇၨႏ ၱိ ၊ ေယသံ နတၱိ ပိယာပၸိယံ ။

ထို႕ေၾကာင္႕ (ပုဂၢိဳလ္ သတၱ၀ါကိုျဖစ္ေစ ၊ ပစၥည္းဥစၥာကိုျဖစ္ေစ ) ခ်စ္ခင္စြဲလမ္းျခင္းကိုမျပဳရာ။ ခ်စ္ခင္စဲြလမ္းဖြယ္ရာတို႕ႏွင္႕ ေကြကြင္းရျခင္းသည္ မေကာင္းသည္သာတည္း။ ခ်စ္ျခင္း ၊ မုန္းျခင္းမရွိေသာ သူတို႕အား အေႏွာင္အဖြဲ႕ ဂႏ ၱတို႕သည္ မရွိၾကေလကုန္။

Therefore, let naught be dear to anything (beings or properties), for separation from the beloved is bad ( or painful). There are no bonds for those to whom nothing is dear or not dear.

• ပိယေတာ ဇာယတီေသာေကာ ၊ ပိယေတာ ဇာယတီ ဘယံ ၊

ပိယေတာ ၀ိပၸမုတ​ၱသ ၊ နတၱိ ေသာေကာ ကုေတာ ဘယံ။

ခ်စ္ခင္မႈေၾကာင္႕ စိုးရိမ္ပူပန္ျခင္း ျဖစ္ရ၏။ ခ်စ္ခင္မႈေၾကာင္႕ ေၾကာက္ရြ႕ံဖြယ္ေဘးရန္ျဖစ္ရ၏။ ခ်စ္ခင္မႈမွ လြတ္ကင္းေသာ သူအား စိုးရိ္မ္ပူပန္ ေၾကာက္ရြံ႕ဖြယ္ေဘးရန္တို႕သည္ အဘယ္မွာလ်င္ ျဖစ္ႏုိင္ပါအံ႕နည္း။

From endearment springs grief, from endearment springs fear. For him who is wholly free from endearment, there is no grief, whence fear?

• ေပမေတာ ဇာယတီ ေသာေကာ ၊ ေပမေတာ ဇာယတိ ဘယံ ၊

ေပမေတာ ၀ိပၸမုတၱသ ၊ နတၱိ ေသာေကာ ကုေတာဘယံ ။

ႏွစ္သက္ျမတ္ႏိုးမႈေၾကာင္႕ စိုးရိမ္ပူပန္ျခင္းျဖစ္ရ၏။ ႏွစ္သက္ျမတ္ႏိုးမႈေၾကာင္႕ ေၾကာက္ရြံ႕ဖြယ္ေဘးရန္ျဖစ္ရ၏။ ႏွစ္သက္ျမတ္ႏုိးမႈမ် လြတ္ကင္းေသာသူအား စိုးရိမ္ပူပန္ေၾကာက္ရြံ႕ဖြယ္ေဘးရန္တို႕သည္ အဘယ္မွာ ျဖစ္ႏုိင္ပါအံ႕နည္း။

From affection springs grief, from affection springs fear. For him who is wholly free from affection, there is no grief, whence fear?

• ရတိယာ ဇာယတီ ေသာေကာ၊ ရတိယာ ဇာယတီ ဘယံ ၊

ရတိယာ ၀ိပၸမုတၱသ ၊ နတၱိ ေသာေကာ ကုေတာဘယံ။

ေမြ႕ေလ်ာ္တြယ္တာမႈေၾကာင္႕ စိုးရိမ္ပူပန္ျခင္းျဖစ္ရ၏။ ေမြ႕ေလ်ာ္တြယ္တာမႈေၾကာင္႕ ေၾကာက္ရြ႕ံဖြယ္ေဘးရန္ျဖစ္ရ၏ ။ ေမြ႕ေလ်ာ္တြယ္တာမႈမွ လြတ္ကင္းေသာသူအား စိုးရိမ္ပူပန္ ေၾကာက္ရြံ႕ဖြယ္ေဘးရန္သည္ အဘယ္မွာလ်င္ ျဖစ္ႏိုင္ပါအံ႕နည္း။

From attachment springs grief, from attachment springs fear. For him who is wholly free from attachment, there is no grief, whence fear?

• ကာမေတာဇာယတီ ေသာေကာ ၊ ကာမေတာဇာယတီ ဘယံ ၊

ကာမေတာ ၀ိပၸမုတၱသ ၊ နတၱိ ေသာေကာ ကုေတာဘယံ။

ကာမအာရုံေၾကာင္႕ စိုးရိမ္ပူပန္ျခင္းျဖစ္ရ၏။ ကာမအာရုံေၾကာင္႕ ေၾကာက္ရြ႕ံဖြယ္ေဘးရန္ျဖစ္ရ၏ ။ ကာမအာရုံမွ လြတ္ကင္းေသာသူအား စိုးရိမ္ပူပန္ ေၾကာက္ရြံ႕ဖြယ္ေဘးရန္သည္ အဘယ္မွာလ်င္ ျဖစ္ႏိုင္ပါအံ႕နည္း။

From lust springs grief, from lust springs fear. For him who is wholly free from lust, there is no grief, whence fear?

• တဏွာယ ဇာယတီ ေသာေကာ ၊ တဏွာယ ဇာယတီ ဘယံ ၊
•  
  တဏွာယ ၀ိပၸမုတၱသ ၊ နတၱိ ေသာေကာ ကုေတာဘယံ။
  တဏွာေၾကာင္႕ စိုးရိမ္ပူပန္ျခင္းျဖစ္ရ၏။ တဏွာေၾကာင္႕ ေၾကာက္ရြ႕ံဖြယ္ေဘးရန္ျဖစ္ရ၏ ။ တဏွာမွ လြတ္ကင္းေသာသူအား စိုးရိမ္ပူပန္ ေၾကာက္ရြံ႕ဖြယ္ေဘးရန္သည္ အဘယ္မွာလ်င္ ျဖစ္ႏိုင္ပါအံ႕နည္း။
  From craving springs grief, from craving springs fear. For him who is wholly free from craving, there is no grief, whence fear?
• သီလဒသနသမၸႏ႖ံ ၊ ဓမၼဌံ သစၥေ၀ဒိနံ ၊

အတၱေနာ ကမၼ ကုဗၺာနံ ၊ တံ ဇေနာ ကုရုေတ ပိယံ ။

အက်င္႕သီလ ဥာဏ္အျမင္ႏွင္႕ ျပည္႕စံုျပီး တရား၌တည္ကာ အမွန္တရားကိုသိတက္၍ မိမိျပဳဖြယ္အက်င္႕ အမႈကိစၥတို႕ကိုလည္း ျပဳတက္သူကို လူအေပါင္းတို႕သည္ ခ်စ္ခင္ျမတ္ႏိုးၾကကုန္၏။

The man who is perfect in virtue and insight, is established in the Teaching (Dhama) and has realised the Truths; who fulfills his own duties-him do people hold dear.

• ဆႏၵဇာေတာ အနကၡာေတ ၊ မနသာ စ ဖုေဋာ သိယာ ၊

ကာေမသု စ အပၸဋိဗဒၶစိေတၱာ ၊ ဥဒၶံ ေသာေတာတိ ၀ုစၥတိ ။

နိဗၺာန္ကို ဆႏၵျပင္းျပစြာ လိုလားသည္ျဖစ္၍ စိတ္ျဖင္႕သံုးသပ္ေတြ႕ထိကာ ကာမဘံုတို႕၌ ကပ္ျငိတြယ္တာစိတ္ မ

ရွိေသာသူကို အကနိဌဘံုသို႕ အစဥ္အတိုင္း တက္ေရာက္သြားမည္႕ ပုဂၢိဳလ္ဟူ၍ ဆိုအပ္ေပ၏။

Ardent in aspiration after the Undeclared (Nibbana), with mind thrilled (with Three Noble Paths and Fruits ), he whose mind is not bound by material pleasures, such a person is called One bound Upstream.

• စိရပၸ၀ါသိ ံ ပုရိသံ ၊ ဒူရေဟာ ေသာတၳိမာဂတံ ၊
•  
  ဥာတိမိတၱာ သုဟဇၨာစ ၊ အဘိနႏၵႏ ၱိ အာဂတံ။
  ၾကာျမင္႕စြာ ကြဲကြာေနခဲ႕သျဖင္႕ ရပ္ေ၀းမွ စိတ္ခ်မ္းသာစြာ ျပန္ေရာက္လာသူကို (ျမင္ရ၍) ေဆြမ်ိဳးမိတ္ေဆြ ခ်စ္က်ြမ္း၀င္သူတို႕သည္ ျပန္လာျခင္းကို အလြန္ႏွစ္သက္ ၀မ္းေျမာက္ၾကကုန္၏။
  When, after a long absence, a man returned home safe from after, kinsfolk, friends and wll-wishers rejoice on his arrival.
• ဟေထ၀ ကတပုမၸိ ၊ အသၼာ ေလာကာ ပရံ ဂတံ ၊

ပုညာနိ ပဋိဂဏွႏ ၱိ ၊ ပိယံ ဥာတီ၀ အာဂတံ။

ထို႕အတူသာလွ်င္ ဤပစၥဳပၸဳန္ဘ၀မွ တမလြန္ဘ၀သို႕ ကူးေျပာင္းသြားေလေသာ္ ျပဳျပီးေသာ ကုသိုလ္ေကာင္မႈရွိသူကို ေဆြမ်ိဳးတို႕သည္ ျပန္ေရာက္လာသည္႕ ခ်စ္ခင္သူကို ၾကိဳဆိုၾကသကဲ႕သို႕ ေကာင္းမႈတို႕သည္လည္း ၾကိဳဆိုၾကကုန္၏။

Likewise, his own good deeds too will receive the good doer who has gone from this world to the next as kinsmen will receive a dear one on his return.
